Senior Project Manager – Facilities & Work Order Coordination

About the role

Optimum Dispatch is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead facilities and work‑order coordination for U.S. commercial clients. Based in Lebanon, you will act as the central hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring maintenance requests are executed efficiently from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial facility maintenance work orders from initiation through completion.
• Dispatch and coordinate contractors and technicians across multiple trades.
• Communicate directly with U.S. vendors, service providers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Obtain, review, and negotiate quotes and scopes of work, preparing pricing for client approval.
• Provide timely status updates, monitor aging work orders, and resolve delays.
• Maintain detailed documentation, photos, and notes in the company’s CMMS.
• Escalate urgent issues and help control job costs while meeting performance standards.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Higher education or university degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple active jobs and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Experience with ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or Facil.it platforms.
• Familiarity with CMMS or work‑order management software.
• Background in facilities management, work‑order coordination, or vendor dispatch.
