Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Remote Evening Shift

About the role

Octa is seeking a data‑driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other digital channels. This remote, evening‑shift position works directly with the CEO and is responsible for customer acquisition, CAC control and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across all advertising platforms.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while maintaining profitable CAC.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR and revenue.
• Design and run structured A/B tests for audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, placements and landing pages.
• Collaborate with designers to boost creative performance using data insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance and recommendations.
• Take full ownership of marketing performance and proactively solve problems before they affect the business.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (required).
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Proficiency with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and attribution models.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
