Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead and coordinate day‑to‑day operations across multiple countries, ensuring that the company’s standards, strategies and performance targets are consistently met. This role acts as the bridge between head‑office and local teams, driving operational excellence and supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all markets, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse results and produce regular management reports.
• Coordinate with country managers, sales teams and support functions to guarantee smooth cross‑functional workflows.
• Track operational KPIs, identify gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Support the execution of business plans, promotions and operational projects.
• Maintain consistency in customer experience, service quality and operational processes.
• Manage inventory levels, logistics coordination and overall operational efficiency where applicable.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control activities with finance.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and recommend continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with market expansion, new‑entry projects and operational roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a regional or multi‑country setting.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑cultural teams and manage remote operations.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of accountability, ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
