Senior .NET Developer – Applications Development (Digital Transformation)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead the modernization of advanced enterprise software within our Digital Transformation Department. You will design, develop, and enhance business‑critical modules using Windows Forms and modern Blazor technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute migration strategies for platforms and data while preserving integrity.
• Architect scalable solutions with enterprise frameworks such as DevExpress XAF, Infragistics, Telerik, or Syncfusion.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain high‑performance modules.
• Write clean, maintainable C# code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Integrate new components with legacy systems and implement comprehensive testing.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both legacy and modern applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.7+ / .NET Core.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Blazor (Server‑side or WebAssembly).
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database optimization.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
