Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will develop visual concepts and creative assets across digital media, advertising, branding, social content, motion graphics, POSM and marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, print materials and POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
• Create high‑performing advertising creatives for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other digital channels.
• Develop visual concepts, campaign directions, brand assets and retail marketing materials.
• Produce multimedia content including static designs, motion graphics and visual storytelling assets.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and the creative team to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints and utilize AI‑powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, support junior designers and guide them when needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic and multimedia design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital media, advertising and POSM work.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Proven experience creating paid advertising creatives and campaign assets.
• Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Higgsfield, ChatGPT or Runway.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, animation principles, visual storytelling and print production requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
