Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer

About the role

We are a behavioral marketing company seeking a Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will shape visual concepts and produce assets across digital, social, advertising, branding, motion graphics, and point‑of‑sale materials for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, branding, print, and POSM.
• Create high‑performing advertising creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Develop visual concepts, campaign directions, brand assets, and retail marketing materials.
• Produce multimedia content including static designs, motion graphics, and visual storytelling pieces.
• Collaborate with the Design Manager and creative team to ensure innovative, on‑brand solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to improve ideation, production and workflow efficiency.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic and multimedia design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital media, advertising and POSM work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Higgsfield, ChatGPT or Runway.
• Video editing using Premiere Pro (or similar software).
• Understanding of typography, layout, animation principles, visual storytelling and print production.
• UX/UI design experience (optional but beneficial).
