Senior Medical Representative

About the role

The Senior Medical Representative will work on a hybrid basis in the East area, promoting MPC’s pharmaceutical and healthcare portfolio to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. You will combine field visits with strategic planning to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory coverage, scheduling regular visits to hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.
• Deliver product detailing sessions, scientific presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Follow up on orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper product placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch promotional activities.
• Track market trends, report competitor activities, and provide accurate sales and activity reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for planning and reporting.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
