Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and operational management of the VMware marketing program across the Middle East & Turkey (MET) region. You will own a significant annual budget and work closely with Broadcom, internal sales, channel managers, agencies, and vendors to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the annual marketing plan aligned with regional business priorities and vendor objectives.
• Manage the allocated marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver customer events ranging from large‑scale conferences to webinars, seminars, roundtables, and networking sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Broadcom and MBCOM processes, regional priorities, and governance requirements.
• Monitor campaign and event performance, analyse results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT or technology.
• Proven track record in planning and executing events and conferences.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and multiple concurrent projects across several countries.
• Strong written and spoken English; French or Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the MET region.
