Senior Marketing Executive – Luxury Fashion Brands

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Esposa Group’s luxury brands, driving brand growth, consistent positioning, and deeper customer engagement. This senior‑level role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and results‑orientation within the high‑end fashion sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for Esposa, Esposa Privée, and Kristie Romanos.
• Prepare the annual marketing budget, monitor spend, and report monthly budget vs. actuals.
• Oversee the social media calendar, approve content, and manage online sentiment and feedback.
• Lead content strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Approve website content, ensure accuracy, and supervise the third‑party SEO consultant.
• Define influencer collaboration criteria, approve mood boards, and manage event planning, KPI tracking, and post‑event reporting.
• Review monthly performance dashboards, lead stakeholder meetings, and supervise junior team members.
• Support team training, certifications, and personal development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, beauty or premium retail.
• Proven experience managing a multi‑brand portfolio and maintaining clear brand differentiation.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, customer experience, and market trends.
