Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Esposa Group’s luxury brands. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and results‑driven execution to drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement in the bridal and evening fashion sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for Esposa, Esposa Privée, and Kristie Romanos.
• Develop brand positioning reports, benchmark competitors, and align brand strategy with business objectives.
• Prepare the annual marketing budget, monitor monthly spend, and optimise ROI across boosting and social media activities.
• Approve and supervise the social media calendar, monitor online sentiment, and implement corrective actions for negative feedback.
• Review and approve visual assets created by graphic designers before publication.
• Lead content strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Oversee website content updates, ensure accuracy, and manage the third‑party SEO consultant and their reporting.
• Define influencer collaboration criteria, approve mood boards, campaign direction, and partnership terms.
• Approve event planning, conduct SWOT analysis, track KPIs, and produce post‑event reports.
• Review monthly marketing performance dashboards and present insights to the CEO and other senior stakeholders.
• Supervise junior staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery of their work.
• Support team training, certifications, and personal development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, beauty or premium retail.
• Proven experience managing a multi‑brand portfolio and maintaining clear brand differentiation.
