Senior Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to own the end‑to‑end management accounting cycle for a multi‑country lighting solutions business. You will turn complex, multi‑currency operations and international supply chains into accurate, timely, and actionable insight.

Key responsibilities

• Compile monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards and executive narratives covering performance by region, channel and product.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling 12‑18 month reforecast using driver‑based models, and produce a 3‑5 year strategic plan.
• Run weekly cash council, publish 13‑week cash forecasts, and manage DSO, DPO and DIO metrics across regions and suppliers.
• Maintain a landed‑cost framework, analyse product and channel profitability, and validate rebates, discounts and FX impacts.
• Integrate finance into S&OP, align demand plans with inventory and cash targets, and ensure compliance with HS codes, duty rates and Incoterms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management accounting, FP&A and multi‑currency environments.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Experience driving cash conversion, working‑capital optimisation and margin integrity.
• Ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning cycles.
