Senior IT Manager – Multi‑Country Transformation Lead

About the role

Mindsets is seeking a hands‑on Senior IT Manager to lead its multi‑office transformation program. The role combines strategic IT planning, budget ownership, security governance, vendor management and day‑to‑day technical execution across nine locations and five business units.

Key responsibilities

• Build and monitor the annual IT budget; maintain a 3‑year roadmap for hardware refresh and architecture standards.
• Produce monthly IT reports, quarterly reviews and board‑level updates on IT and cyber risk.
• Drive the rollout and upgrade of CRM, SharePoint with AI indexing, knowledge‑management, cloud infrastructure and IP telephony.
• Lead the phase‑out of the current Managed Service Provider and transition services in‑house by H1 2026.
• Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage renewals and enforce SLAs.
• Write and maintain security policies, investigate incidents, run awareness training and conduct quarterly privileged‑account reviews.
• Provision and de‑provision user access across all offices within 24 hours.
• Define the firm’s AI usage policy for Claude, ChatGPT and Azure OpenAI and protect client data in AI workflows.
• Stay hands‑on with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, conditional access, endpoints and networking.
• Develop the IT Administrator, create an IT continuity playbook and document standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Hands‑on expertise with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Proven track record managing vendors and executing MSP transitions.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience building and managing an annual IT budget.
• Multi‑country IT experience, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong written English and Arabic communication skills.
