Senior Investment Associate – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Investment Associate to support sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing real estate investment opportunities across the region. The role offers significant exposure to investment decision‑making and will work closely with senior leadership and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investments across residential, commercial, mixed‑use, hospitality and logistics assets, building detailed financial models and conducting feasibility studies.
• Support transaction execution including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and development projects, coordinating with legal, tax and technical advisors.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare investment reports, and identify value‑creation opportunities.
• Conduct market research, analyze economic and demographic trends, and contribute to the development of investment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering; advanced degree or professional certifications (CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in real estate investments, advisory or development with proven financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Strong understanding of transaction processes, acquisition, development and asset‑management mandates.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of investment metrics such as IRR, NPV, DCF, Cap Rate and Yield analysis.
