About the role
The Senior Implementation Manager leads the overall implementation and operational management of IRC Lebanon’s Early Childhood Development (EECD) programs, ensuring delivery against workplans, budgets, donor commitments and timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead programme planning, workplan development, monitoring and corrective actions across multiple projects.
- Oversee partner implementation, budgets, spend tracking and donor reporting, ensuring compliance with IRC standards.
- Coordinate with finance, MEAL, grants, supply chain, HR and other support functions to resolve operational constraints.
- Maintain regular communication with government ministries, partners and sub‑grantees to secure approvals and align activities.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of program management experience in education‑ECD, preferably with NGOs/INGOs.
- Experience working with MEAL systems, indicator tracking and results‑based management.
- Prior supervisory or team‑management experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Strong organizational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
