Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Local Host is looking for an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping operations at Jounieh Living, a 51‑unit hospitality property in Jounieh, Lebanon. You will ensure every guest unit and common area meets the company’s high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, while managing a dedicated housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Prepare work schedules, assign duties and guarantee adequate shift coverage.
• Inspect guest units and public areas to verify compliance with cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure all units are prepared and released on time for guest arrivals.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of room status, cleaning logs and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front‑desk teams to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety protocols and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in hotels, serviced apartments or multi‑unit properties.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands‑on leadership style and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑centric mindset.
