Senior Graphic Designer – On‑site

About the role

Kristieslab is seeking a senior‑level Graphic Designer to join its on‑site team in Adma. The role will drive the visual direction for a variety of brand experiences, from strategy‑focused campaigns to immersive event activations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of visual concepts and design assets for branding, campaigns, events and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, logos and key visual elements.
• Select, refine and apply typography to ensure clear, expressive layouts across print, digital and experiential media.
• Produce graphics for print collateral, digital platforms and on‑site activations.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, event teams and external partners to translate briefs into high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure visual consistency across all client materials.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through final production, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design expertise for print, digital and experiential applications.
• Proven experience in branding and logo design, with a track record of building identity systems.
• Advanced proficiency in typography and layout composition.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing multi‑channel brand campaigns and visual identities.
• Ability to lead projects, prioritize tasks and manage timelines in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Agency or consultancy experience, especially in experiential or event‑related design, is a plus.
