Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Africell’s creative team at our Beirut Connect Hub. You will lead the visual development of campaigns across digital, print and social channels, ensuring they reflect our brand while pushing creative boundaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of concepts for digital, print and social media platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency and develop visual identities, campaigns, presentations and key brand assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Prepare final artwork for production and ensure technical accuracy.
• Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking across various media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Knowledge of After Effects (plus).
• Understanding of branding, typography, layout and colour theory.
• Experience creating both digital and print assets.
