Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will create effective, on‑brand visual solutions for a variety of digital channels, including social media, web pages, email campaigns, and animated assets. Working closely with the Director of Content Insights, the role supports the weekly content calendar and ensures visual consistency across all communications.

Key responsibilities

• Study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals that meet client expectations.
• Produce social media graphics, web logos, banner ads, email templates, product graphics, and animated visuals.
• Create data visualizations that turn complex information into clear, engaging graphics.
• Deliver high‑quality assets within tight deadlines and manage quick‑turnaround requests.
• Transform raw client content into aesthetically strong visual materials and incorporate feedback.
• Seek approvals from the Director of Content Insights and apply recommended changes.
• Provide design support for other business lines, including logos, identity design, and offline graphics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain design consistency across all online communications.

Required profile

• BA in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating solutions to business problems through effective design.
• Experience with branding, information architecture, e‑commerce website design, and advertising.
• Proven animation experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
