Senior Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

Digital Shifts is looking for a Senior Graphic Design Specialist to join its Beirut office. This full‑time, on‑site position leads the creation of visual concepts from idea to final delivery across web, digital, and print media, ensuring every asset aligns with client goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process for visual identities, logos, marketing collateral, typography systems, and layouts for websites, social media, and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and project managers to integrate design with technical and business requirements.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, reviewing work and ensuring consistency across projects.
• Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine existing assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, especially in logo design and branding.
• Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain design decisions to non‑design stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to client feedback in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Expertise in logo design, branding, and visual identity creation.
• Skills in web design, digital asset production, and print design.
