Senior Full Stack Developer – Web & Mobile

About the role

Poyesis, a Paris‑based web and mobile development agency, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its growing engineering squad in Beirut. You will own feature delivery from concept to production across web, mobile and cloud infrastructure, collaborating closely with product, design and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features using React, Vue.js, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain applications on AWS and GCP, including EC2, S3, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in product design sessions with clients and designers, helping prioritize high‑value features.
• Improve internal engineering practices such as reusable components, documentation, testing and performance optimisation.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a technical reference, defining standards, best practices and ensuring code quality, security and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional web and mobile development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and object‑oriented programming.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerisation.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
