Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Toters is looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the bridge between business teams and engineering. You will enable teams across the company to build products, automate workflows, and solve business problems using Toters' internal AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows, pain points, and business challenges.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product and technical solutions.
• Rapidly prototype, build, and launch applications, automations, and workflows on the platform.
• Onboard, train, and coach non‑technical teams to create their own solutions.
• Identify high‑value use cases, prioritize them, and work with engineering to address platform gaps.
• Drive platform adoption, define engagement metrics, and measure business impact such as productivity gains and cost reduction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong product and problem‑solving mindset, able to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience building software products, internal tools, automations, or AI‑powered applications.
• Solid understanding of AI, AI agents, and workflow automation.
