Senior ERP Implementer & Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to turn signed customers into confident, live users of our cloud‑based ERP platform. You will lead end‑to‑end implementations, from discovery and configuration through data migration, go‑live and training, while acting as the primary voice of the customer to our product team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to map processes, chart of accounts, product structures and define implementation scope.
• Configure Zeymo to match business rules, including warehouses, batch rules, BoMs, costing, approval flows, POS terminals and payroll.
• Lead data migration, cleansing and reconciliation of item masters, customers, suppliers, stock and historical transactions.
• Plan and execute go‑live and cut‑over, providing hyper‑care support through the first close cycle.
• Create and maintain role‑based training material such as guides, quick references and short videos.
• Deliver on‑site and remote training to users ranging from CFOs to warehouse staff.
• Configure Power BI dashboards to reflect each customer’s key metrics.
• Triage functional issues, collaborate with support and engineering, and feed recurring friction back into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least three full‑lifecycle projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes (BoMs, MRP, costing, batch tracking, multi‑warehouse, landed cost).
• Strong accounting background covering GL, AR/AP, inventory valuation, VAT and month‑end close.
• Proven ability to train and facilitate users of varying computer literacy.
• Willingness to spend significant time on customer sites, including factories and warehouses.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
