About the role
The Digital Marketing & Web Specialist manages and optimizes the firm’s digital presence across websites, social media, email, and CRM platforms, focusing on UX/UI, SEO/AEO, and integrated campaigns to drive audience growth and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage web content using Adobe Experience Manager and Crownpeak, ensuring optimal UX/UI and customer journey.
- Apply SEO and AEO best practices to support lead generation and audience growth.
- Track campaign KPIs in Adobe Analytics and produce regular performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns across social media, web, and email, collaborating with partners and directors.
- Train and support team members on web content management tools and processes.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders on website and social media projects.
- Strong analytical mindset to turn data into clear insights.
