Senior Business Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst you will work closely with leadership, operations, product, and technology teams to analyse how the business operates, identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that make processes more efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, map and audit operational workflows across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Movers and Accounting to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design, implement and measure improved processes that reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering conversion rates, occupancy, collections performance and service delivery times.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, translating operational requirements into clear system specifications and ensuring successful adoption.
• Identify manual tasks suitable for automation, design workflows using n8n, Zapier or Make, and collaborate with AI teams to implement intelligent automation solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proven ability to take a business problem from identification through to implementation and measurement.
