Senior Associate – Media (MENA)

About the role

The Senior Associate, Media will lead the development and execution of 360° media strategies to boost online presence, drive engagement and achieve marketing goals for our clients across the MENA region. This position is suited for candidates with at least 1.5 years of digital media experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute to strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Analyse market trends and user data to inform data‑driven decisions.
• Design, execute and oversee digital campaigns across social media, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes, including budgeting, performance tracking and reporting.
• Create and maintain a content calendar that supports audience interests and brand goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high‑quality, engaging content.
• Plan and manage paid digital advertising, display and social media ads.
• Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum of 1.5 years experience in digital media, marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing digital media platforms and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising strategies.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to lead projects and meet deadlines.
