Senior Architect

About the role

This is a full-time role for a Senior Architect based in Beirut. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design and project management for residential projects from conception and permitting to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural designs for residential projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency.
• Integrate technical solutions and guarantee compliance with Lebanese architectural regulations and building codes throughout the design process.
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electro‑mechanical, structural, and site engineers, to align design intent with engineering requirements.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial concept and permitting to construction execution and final delivery.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated professional experience in a senior architectural role, leading design and project delivery for residential developments.
• In‑depth knowledge of Lebanese architectural regulations, building codes, and permitting procedures.
• Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and make decisive decisions.
