Senior Analyst, Pricing & Marketing (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team as a Senior Analyst focused on pricing and marketing. You will work in a data‑driven environment, designing and optimizing campaigns across search and social platforms while building models that drive customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social channels.
• Analyze large data sets generated by experiments, develop optimization models, and create dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science) from a top university.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.
