Senior AI / ML Engineer

About the role

GlobeMed Group, the leading healthcare benefits manager in the MENA region, is seeking a Senior AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI capabilities across the organization. You will work closely with business and technical teams to create reliable, scalable, and secure AI‑enabled workflows that support our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI applications, agents, APIs, and MCP‑based solutions using modern AI tools and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end components that support AI services.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them where appropriate.
• Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Collaborate with ICT teams to provision required infrastructure, networking, and security resources.
• Monitor performance, optimize resource utilization, and lead testing and validation of AI models and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (Master’s or certifications a plus).
• 3‑6 years of hands‑on experience with AI platforms and deploying AI applications.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and use ticketing systems such as Jira.
