Senior Accountant – Remote (US Clients)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our US‑based CPA firm on a remote basis from Lebanon. You will work closely with US clients and our global team, handling full‑cycle accounting while enjoying flexible remote work hours aligned with the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting and bookkeeping for multiple US‑based clients.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate general‑ledger entries.
• Support tax preparation and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with US‑based team members and clients on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with a strong bookkeeping foundation.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Previous remote work experience and experience serving US clients.

Required skills

• QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Xero.
