Seasonal Waiter/Waitress – Hotel Service

About the role

Join Kempinski’s vibrant Food & Beverage team in Beirut as a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver courteous, professional service to guests, supporting the hotel’s high standards and its DNA values.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations.
• Delegate tasks and manage the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a high quality of product and service throughout the outlet.
• Identify and act on opportunities to generate additional business, developing the outlet in an entrepreneurial manner.

Required profile

• Education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage service role.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional, confidential, ethical approach at all times.
• Passion for Food & Beverage, people‑oriented, flexible, tolerant and open‑minded.
