School Supervisor – Student Behavior & Activities

About the role

Wellspring Learning Community, the first IB Continuum World School in Beirut, is seeking a full‑time Supervisor to support its inquiry‑based, student‑centered environment. The role focuses on reinforcing the school’s mission and guiding principles through non‑academic programs and positive behaviour initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Model and promote the school’s vision, mission, and learner profile attributes.
• Monitor and address general behaviour issues both on and off campus, using the Student Handbook and school‑designed incentives.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement programmes that encourage positive student conduct.
• Maintain records of student behaviour incidents and follow‑up actions.
• Support students who are struggling with behavioural challenges, providing guidance and referrals as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for student development and a commitment to the IB philosophy.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Background in Physical Education is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.

Required skills

• Knowledge of student behaviour management strategies.
• Familiarity with school policies and handbooks.
• Ability to organise and lead extracurricular programmes.
