Sales Reconciliation & Cash Control Officer

About the role

Libanfruits is seeking a Sales Reconciliation & Cash Control Officer to ensure accurate reconciliation of sales, deliveries, invoices, returns and cash collections. The role guarantees financial and operational integrity for the company’s wholesale fruit and vegetable supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Collect delivery documents from drivers and reconcile sales orders, invoices and delivered quantities, correcting discrepancies as authorized.
• Record returns, shortages and customer claims, classify issues by source and prepare daily reconciliation and returns reports for management.
• Collect cash payments from drivers, reconcile cash received against invoiced amounts, identify and report shortages or overages, and produce daily cash summaries for accounting.
• Ensure end‑of‑day closing of all sales and deliveries in the system, verify no open invoices or missing documents, and submit validated files to accounting and operations.

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling cash and financial documents.
• High integrity, reliability and sense of responsibility.
• Calm under pressure, especially at end of day.
• Assertive when questioning discrepancies and organized in a methodical way.
• Clear communication with drivers and management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with invoicing or ERP systems.
