Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Namou Properties, a growing UAE real‑estate firm, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its remote sales team from Lebanon or Egypt. This commercially driven position will involve developing sales strategies, managing performance, and handling high‑value buyers and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the real‑estate sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Manage qualified buyers, investors and high‑value clients from consultation through closing.
• Support agents with complex negotiations and closing strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with key investors and stay updated on the UAE market.
• Ensure accurate pipeline and CRM management, analysing performance and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience; real‑estate experience a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing performance.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
