Risk IT Audit Associate (Technology Risk)

About the role

PWC is seeking an Associate to join its Risk Consulting team in Lebanon, focusing on technology risk assessments and cybersecurity advisory for leading enterprises. You will work with regional and international teams to help clients identify, analyse, and mitigate technology‑related risks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse regional team to identify, prioritize and respond to technology risks for enterprise clients.
• Advise senior management, cybersecurity, internal audit and compliance functions on technology risk matters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of information security threats, trends and technologies.
• Assess existing and emerging technology risks, test the design and effectiveness of controls, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative cybersecurity risk assessments and support disaster‑recovery planning.
• Evaluate client environments against standards such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, ITILv4 and NCA‑ECC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management or a related field.
• Strong client‑management skills with experience leading stakeholder meetings to assess processes, risks and controls.
• Solid knowledge of security industry standards, best practices, tools and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ITILv4 and NCA‑ECC.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified in Cybersecurity (ISC)², CISA, ISO 22301, CRISC, ITIL Foundations.
