Risk Internal Audit Associate

About the role

As an Associate within PwC's Risk Consulting team, you will work alongside problem‑solvers to help clients strengthen resilience, improve internal control maturity and mitigate risks through end‑to‑end advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice on risk and internal controls, developing audit methodologies and test plans.
• Engage with diverse client teams from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and internal KPIs are met.
• Identify key risks, assess control design and effectiveness, and draft findings with recommendations.
• Manage engagement budgets, communication with stakeholders, and on‑ground support for internal audit plans.
• Lead and coach junior team members, reviewing their work and providing feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑6 years of internal audit experience, preferably at a Big 4 firm.
• Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP or CMA is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analytics tools.
