About the role
El Hachem Law Firm is seeking a Risk and Governance Professional to provide practical expertise to IMPACT Advisory engagements and help develop client relationships. The role involves assessing risk exposures, reviewing governance arrangements, preparing findings and recommendations, and supporting implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Assess risk exposures and review governance arrangements for clients.
- Prepare findings, recommendations and support implementation of risk mitigation measures.
- Identify potential mandates and contribute to client proposals.
- Participate in client discussions and help develop new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Practical experience in risk management, governance, compliance or legal and regulatory matters.
- Strong judgement with the ability to turn analysis into workable recommendations.
- Excellent written communication and confidence in professional discussions.
- Ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications.
- Confidentiality, accountability and reliable delivery.
