Reward and Performance Specialist

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Reward and Performance Specialist to join its multinational team. You will be responsible for ensuring equitable, competitive compensation and a robust performance appraisal system across all CFI entities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse salaries across all CFI entities to ensure internal equity, consistency and competitiveness.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking using market data and salary surveys.
• Support the design, implementation and maintenance of a structured compensation framework.
• Provide salary benchmarking guidance to the recruitment team for new entities and positions.
• Administer and maintain the Performance Appraisal framework based on the Balanced Scorecard methodology.
• Ensure proper implementation of the performance management cycle, identify gaps and monitor completion rates.
• Partner with managers to execute fair, accurate and timely performance evaluations.
• Assess promotion eligibility, handle promotion processes and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with internal compensation and performance management policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards or Performance Management.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
