Retail Communications Manager

About the role

The Retail Communications Manager will plan, implement, and evaluate marketing and communications activities across GMRL’s retail operations. This role ensures alignment with the company’s strategy, commercial objectives, and customer experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail marketing and communications plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the annual retail communications calendar covering campaigns, promotions, store openings, launches, and events.
• Oversee creation of advertising and communication materials across outdoor, print, digital, and in‑store channels.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, digital, and customer experience teams to identify communication needs.
• Coordinate with store teams for timely implementation of campaigns and promotions.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, production suppliers, printing houses, and event providers.
• Lead planning and execution of integrated retail campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Supervise store opening, relocation, renovation, and new concept launch communications.
• Oversee retail content on social media, websites, and other digital channels.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate campaign performance using sales, footfall, engagement, and customer response data.
• Manage the retail marketing and advertising budget and prepare monthly A&P reports.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Brand Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations with a proven track record.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
