Restoration Technician

About the role

Join Servpro of Wilson County as a Restoration Technician and help restore homes and businesses after fire, water, or storm damage. You will work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment, providing essential services that bring peace of mind to customers during their most challenging moments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls and assist with all phases of restoration projects.
• Prepare job sites, set up equipment, and ensure thorough cleanup.
• Maintain a tidy vehicle, warehouse, and workspace.
• Communicate with the Crew Chief to deliver top‑notch service.
• Follow SERVPRO® guidelines and industry best practices to complete projects.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lb regularly (100 lb with assistance) and work in tight spaces, at heights, and varied environments.
• High school diploma or GED; certifications such as IICRC are a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally within the service area.

Required skills

• IICRC certification (preferred)
