Restoration Technician

About the role

Join Servpro of Wilson County as a Restoration Technician and help restore homes and businesses after fire, water, or storm damage. You’ll work hands‑on in the field, providing fast, professional service that brings peace of mind to customers during their toughest moments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and assist with restoration projects.
• Prepare job sites, set up equipment, and ensure flawless cleanup.
• Maintain a tidy vehicle, warehouse, and workspace.
• Communicate with the Crew Chief to guarantee top‑notch service.
• Follow SERVPRO® guidelines and industry best practices.
• Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to professionalism and quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physical stamina – lift up to 50 lb regularly, 100 lb with assistance.
• Comfort working in tight spaces, at heights, and varied environments.
• High school diploma or GED; IICRC certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Previous cleaning or restoration experience is beneficial but not required.

Required skills

• IICRC certification (preferred).
