Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy restaurant in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise front‑of‑house staff, ensuring smooth coordination with back‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, manage reservations and respond to guest feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and support cost‑control and budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and local health regulations.
• Train, coach and develop team members, and implement operational procedures.
• Assist marketing and promotional initiatives and prepare basic sales and operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality supervision.
• Strong knowledge of front‑of‑house operations and guest service.
• Ability to manage inventories, cash handling and basic budgeting.
• Familiarity with food safety and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business or equivalent practical experience.
