About the role

We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our Djerba office and support the growing demand for accommodation bookings and related services. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and tour operators, ensuring smooth reservation processes and high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

Manage bookings, notifications, and client requests efficiently.
Monitor sales limits and control quota allocations.
Follow up on daily bookings, production reports, and related documentation.
Provide telephone and email assistance to clients and partners.

Required profile

High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Relevant tourism or hospitality studies are advantageous.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar reservation or booking role.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
