Research Officer

About the role

Oxshare is seeking a full‑time Research Officer to join its Beirut office. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative research on financial markets, trading instruments, and investor trends, providing insights that shape trading ideas and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare research briefs, dashboards, and regular reports that support trading strategies.
• Monitor market news, economic indicators, and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine research outputs and improve processes.
• Present findings in clear, client‑friendly formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in research, analysis, and sales within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
