Research & Lead Generation Specialist – Advertising Agency

About the role

The Research & Lead Generation Specialist will support INTEGRATE Advertising Agency by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for its marketing and creative services. Working remotely, you will conduct market research, build prospect lists and deliver concise lead summaries to the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform industry and market research to uncover potential clients across the Middle East and beyond.
• Build and maintain up‑to‑date prospect databases using CRM and lead management tools.
• Gather key decision‑maker information and prepare clear lead briefs for sales outreach.
• Support outreach campaigns, track lead performance and report results.
• Collaborate with account and sales teams to refine targeting strategies.

Required profile

• Strong research and analytical abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting or business development within advertising, marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using lead management tools.
• Advanced use of online research platforms such as LinkedIn, industry directories and marketing databases.
