Remote Real Estate Sales Agent – High-Value Property Deals

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a driven sales professional based in Lebanon to join its fully remote team. You will work with qualified investor and buyer leads in the UAE, managing the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to closing high-value property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and qualified investor/buyer inquiries from first contact to signed deal.
• Build trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients and maintain an investor pipeline.
• Negotiate and close high-value real-estate transactions.
• Maintain pipeline activity and performance metrics in the company CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with management to improve conversion rates and sales processes.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in a top-performing sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
