Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues and ensuring they feel valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical and order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Share feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
