Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist

About the role

Saint George Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in our state‑of‑the‑art facility overlooking the Ajaltoun valley.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate medical records, and educate patients and families.
• Maintain emergency readiness, supervise support staff, and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Valid nursing license from MOPH and registration with the Order of Nurses.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an asset.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and infection‑control standards.
• Strong clinical judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in medical documentation and patient assessment.
• Good computer skills.
