Region Productivity Operations Manager III

About the role

The Region Productivity Operations Manager III oversees outage cost productivity and project controls for a designated sub‑region, leading a team of analysts to ensure efficient, on‑time delivery of power generation outages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Controls Analysts to deliver real‑time outage reporting on cost, hours, OTD and escalations.
• Partner with Service Directors and Service Managers to develop and monitor sub‑regional outage cost productivity plans.
• Conduct site visits during outages to facilitate Lean Action Workouts, Pit Crew execution and drive optimization of resources, shift patterns and tooling.
• Analyze post‑outage data to recommend strategic improvements and develop remediation actions for cost and schedule variances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) with at least five years of field engineering or project management experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a global, complex environment, including 4+ years in power generation and field services.
• Proven ability to manage and develop employees and to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera for job cost estimate and schedule optimization.
• Experience with heavy‑duty gas turbine and/or steam turbine outage maintenance.
