Real Estate Sales Executive – Beirut

About the role

Albani Real Estate Development is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join its Beirut office. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive the complete sales process for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers from initial interest through contract signing and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new client leads for property sales.
• Present properties, conduct site visits, and negotiate offers and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing professional guidance on property selection and investment.
• Stay current with local market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and project launches.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of real‑property regulations.
• Experience with residential, commercial or mixed‑use properties.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, closing and pipeline management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
