About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing real estate team across Lebanon. Whether you have prior experience or are new to the industry, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop a successful career in property sales.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage potential property buyers and sellers.
Conduct property viewings and present market information.
Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from start to finish.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

Strong interest in real estate and a desire to succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to market changes.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy (email, internet browsing).
